Booking Terms & Conditions
At Project Touchline, we value the relationships we build with schools and understand that plans can occasionally change. These terms are designed to provide clarity and fairness for everyone involved, while ensuring that we can continue to reserve dedicated time for each school we serve.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once your school accepts our written quotation or confirms the booking in writing (including by email). At this point, a binding agreement is formed between your school and Project Touchline Ltd.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due at the time of booking.
If alternative payment arrangements are agreed, this changes only the payment schedule and does not alter or cancel the confirmed booking.
Cancellation
When a booking is confirmed, the agreed dates are reserved exclusively for your school. This means we are often unable to accept other bookings during that period.
Should your school need to cancel a confirmed booking, the following charges will apply:
- More than 90 days before the first delivery date – 25% of the agreed fee.
- 31–90 days before the first delivery date – 50% of the agreed fee.
- 30 days or fewer before the first delivery date – 100% of the agreed fee.
Postponements
Wherever possible, we will work with you to rearrange your programme for alternative dates.
Any postponement is subject to mutual agreement and the availability of suitable dates.
Funding Changes
We recognise that schools sometimes experience changes to budgets or funding.
However, once a booking has been confirmed, the school remains responsible for the agreed programme unless Project Touchline Ltd agrees otherwise in writing.
Changes to These Terms
Any amendments to these Terms & Conditions must be agreed in writing by both parties.
Changes to payment arrangements alone do not affect any other part of the booking agreement.
Exceptional Circumstances
Neither Project Touchline nor the school will be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond either party’s reasonable control. These may include severe weather, government restrictions, public health emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances.
In these situations, we will work together in good faith to rearrange the programme wherever possible.
A Holistic Approach
Project Touchline connects faith, sport and wider learning across the school day. By linking subjects through discussion, creativity and practical experience, the programme helps children flourish academically, socially, emotionally, physically and spiritually together.
