Chris Andrew is an Archbishops’ Evangelist in the Church of England.

He was commissioned in the private chapel of the Archbishop of Canterbury in Lambeth Palace on 23 October 2019 and is a full member of the College of Archbishops’ Evangelists. The college equips, encourages and empowers each other and the wider Anglican Church in Evangelism and Witness.

Chris Andrew accompanied the Archbishop of Canterbury on his mission to Cornwall on 17, 18 and 19 June 2022 and delivered a programme of Sports Ministry to Quethiock C of England Primary School within the St Barnabas Multi-Academy Trust in the Diocese of Truro. Chris planted a spiritual prayer tree as a legacy for children to develop in prayer, faith and spirituality.

On the 9, 10 and 11 June 2023, Chris accompanied the Archbishop of Canterbury on his mission to the Diocese of Salisbury. He delivered sports mission and ministry with Sherborne Primary and Sherborne Abbey Church of England Primary School in Sherborne, Dorset. He planted a spiritual prayer tree as a legacy for a place for formation and development of spirituality and prayer with both schools.
